Once you place an order and make a payment, we will be notified promptly. Kindly allow 30 to 60 minutes for us to confirm the completion of your order after we have received and processed your payment. Thank you for your patience.

Renewing your services is easy, simply place an order and select the renewal option at checkout.

It is advisable to renew your services before the expiry date to prevent any service interruption. Your account will be extended from its current expiry date, ensuring that you won’t lose any time.

If you are planning to take a break or won’t require the service for a while, don’t worry. You can renew your services when you’re ready. Just give us some time to process your order, and you’ll be able to enjoy the service once again.

Some of the most popular devices we support include Amazon Firestick or FireTV Cube, BuzzTV box, and Formuler/Dreamlink.

Please note that we do not promote or endorse any specific device.

We advise you to conduct your own research and select the device that best fits your requirements.

Test Your Internet Speed

Before anything else, restart your modem, router, and device to check if that resolves the issue.

Buffering in IPTV services is most commonly caused by slow or unstable internet speeds.

While a high-speed internet connection is not necessary to stream content, IPTV services typically require at least 10 Mbps for live streaming.

Many devices have speed testing apps available in their app store, use them to check your speed directly on your device as results can vary on phones or laptops.

If you find that your internet speed is low, you may want to consider using an Ethernet or wired connection, moving your device closer to your router, or upgrading your internet package.

Please keep in mind that “unlimited internet” refers to your data usage, not your speed.

If you’ve tested your internet speed and are still experiencing issues, it may be due to the channel source or maintenance work on the servers.
